Stockholm-Uppsala’s rich cluster of life-science actors and their combined power to turn ideas into sellable products has for too long been a hidden treasure for too many.
– The global life-science community deserves to find out about this treasure, and to use its many opportunities, says Otto Skolling, investment manager at Karolinska Development.
Stockholm-Uppsala Life Science was founded in Uppsala in May 2007 by Biotechvalley.nu, the City of Stockholm and Uppsala BIO with the aim to make the region’s opportunities better known to the global life-science community.
– An increased flow of cooperation and ideas is a win-win situation for everyone, comments Per From, former CEO Astra Zeneca in Sweden, and President of biotechvalley.nu.
